I ordered a Shiatsu Massager from TVMarketplace.net in early December 2006.

I live in Albuquerque, NM but was in the Denver, CO area for about 2 weeks over Christmas.

When I returned home I opened an e-mail stating that the massager would be shipped soon or something to that effect. Since I was leaving for a 2 month trip to Fl on Jan 25th, 2007 and I didnt think the massager would arrive before I left I cancelled my order via e-mail. I never received a confirmation of the cancellation.

Unfortunately I did not keep any of these e-mails, but not to worry. The massager was delivered while I was in FL and my neighbor accepted it. Immediately after I received it from my neighbor I called UPS about returning it. They said 'no sweat' we'll be by tomorrow to get it. I have a copy of the UPS tracking summary that shows that someone named Burke received the massager on March 30th.

On approximately April 27th, and a credit had not appeared on my credit card I called the number in the e-mail, 262-737-1044, which is something called Yourstoreonline.net. Evidently they DID Customer Service (which is an oxymoron) for TVMarketplace (today, Sept 7th they know nothing about TVMarketplace). I was told that they could not credit my credit card but would send me a check.

On Friday, June 22nd I had not received the check and I called Yourstore again. I was told by Ken that check # 4623 would 'be in the mail today.'

On Thursday July 12 Scott at Yourstore said the check had been processed? After being cutoff I was told to write a letter to Dan R at TV Marketplace requesting my refund. I dutifully did just that and my letter was received at TV Marketplace on July 27th. The signature on the USPS receipt looks like K. Burke.

It is now Sept 7th and still no check. I called Yourstore today and they acted like they never heard of TVmarketpkace.

Another interesting fact; On July 12th I called 916-679-0335 which I got from the TVMarketplace web site. A non human unit (recording) answered and gave me three menu choices of which none ever picked up the phone. While waiting after hearing how important my call was to them I either got 'mailbox is full please' or I got the beep, beep and 'If you want to make a call' This is a Sacramento, CA number and the recording led me to believe it was in WI. How do I get my refund, and how do we punish these bottom feeders.
