when i was contacted by tv travel they talked about a internet travel business. this is what i would receive for my money from a marketing company i would receive a list of names and that tv travels sales people would make the calls and the sales and i would receive a commission . i upgraded to platinum to receive a higher commission. i have not received one thing. ispent 5000.00 and do'nt have a back office i have never receive any money and they do'nt return your phone calls. i have filed a lot of compliants.

Can you present a copy (document scanned) of your contract on here. I would need to read the basic contract to understand if you were subjected as an investor or an actual agent for sales.

Without knowing what your investment entailed its hard to give a directive for resolution. Other then to contact a lawyer and take the copy to them. It would be 100% hard to grasp if money was handed over without a written contract that was reviewed by a versed/educated lawyer.
