on july 29,2007 i ordered the 20 seasons of gunsmoke for my wife and have not received them. when we started emailing the company,we started getting replies back such as delayed shipping due to shipping problems we would hear from them in a few days,well their few days are different from mine,their few days never happens.last night i emailed and told them either the dvds or a refund.

This company is a fraud. Chances are you won't see your box set or any refund money. Did you do search for this company on rip off report? There are numerous complaints about the website.
