My situation is similar to others on this site. I placed an order, in good faith, with TVBOXSET. My credit card was charged and I have not received my order. Nor, do they respond to email although they promise 24/7 attention and quick response. Note - email is the ONLY way to contact them.
I even threatened to have the charges reversed - still no reply. I have since contacted my bank and asked the charges be reversed.
I googled the company name and found other sites with people with similar experiences. One said they had received shipping information but upon contacting UPS, UPS had no such order.
Another, from England, claimed they sold pirate copies and has tried to contact the Canadian authorities.
Please, do not order from TVBOXSET - they are crooks and they stoled my money!
And do what I plan to do in the future, check Ripoffreport before ordering from a new website!

I received my order today. The discs are so obviously pirated!! The cases were not sealed - one was broken. The discs do not work for all I know they are blank. Further, given the research I did on the TV show I was buying - they show has not yet even been released on DVD - what a scam!
How this company has been allowed to continue to defraud people is beyond me. Why hasn't the Canadian government done anything!
I have sent them an email on how to return their "product" - I will not hold my breath to receive a response.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!
