TVDVDBoxSets.com Poor Quality Merchandise & Incomplete orders Internet

I purchased over $200USD of BOXED SETS of OLD TV SHOWS-LEAVE IT TO BEAVER_THE RIFLEMAN_THE FUGITIVE_THE LAWMAN_HAWAII 5 0.  My first order was on 18/4/09 & subsequent orders on  25/8/09 ,12/11/09 & 11/4/10 The first shipment contained some defective discs which upon email to Jessy. Irwin1@gmail.com I received the replacements which were OK.  So as I  then progressed through the other sets& found THE RIFLEMAN_ALFRED HITCHCOCK PRESENTS _THE LAWMAN were far from complete sets!! The quality also was far from good..some you could not even view & some would not play in ANY of my DVD players?There is no doubt NOW in my mind that they are a FRAUDULENT SITE making illegitimate copies from TV aired programs?? I was also advised that I had "A FAN COLLECTORS EDITION" the quality of which may not be 100%-they certainly are 50% only -no better! iNCIDENTALLY they were shipped from CHINA?? No return address!!!

It is my fault but when I received the first replacements I thought this was a legitimate business & were OK?? However subsequent requests to the email address above have been ignored. As a result I have about over 100 episodes missing from their so called "COMPLETE SERIES ON DVD"not to mention well over 50 which are of VERY POOR QUALITY.

ANY PROTECTION AVAILABLE TO CONSUMERS FROM PEOPLE LIKE THESE?
