I purchased the TVizion program in February for $49.95, hoping to be able to watch more TV shows on my computer. I unsuccessfully tried to get in contact with someone to help me with technical issues on two separate occasions so I sent messages, but to no avail.

I occasionally get emails from them about the company, but no help with the issues that I have trying to utilize the program.
