This is the unemployment section of the workforce commission. I applied for unemployment benefits in 2014 and was approved so the unemployment benefits office sent me a notice of how much benefits I would be receiving weekly as well as my total balance. so I begin to receive benefits but a little over a month. I get a letter say they overpaid me therefore proventing me from receiving all of my benefits. i have requested the documents that showed that I was overpaid but they have refuse to respond to me and have place this overpayment Lie on my account at the workforce commission

This Lawyer has continued to allow her clients to be railroaded I know of one of her clients that she has documents in her office that proves hes been cheated out of his money and she have refuse to file any paperwork with the courts so he can get reinbursed so after talking with other legal minds and looking into how shes been handling my friends case it is my belief that this lawyer have taken a bribe from the Agency that is rippingmy friend off
