I traded in a $5,000 vehicle which they only knocked off 1500 and push me into a truck that I really didn't like but it had all the features that I need in my business promised me it's a little noise I heard was not coming from the motor so they just had a vehicle inspection. I got down the road they were closed and the next day I brought it back to them they had already sold my vehicle for $3,500 so I could not get a refund.

The brakes went out and it was raining that day when you stop at the light you can hear water swishing in all four doors. This is a 2009 Ford F150 the supposedly has never been in an accident. After looking underneath and seeing it in the daylight you can tell he door and the front fender is painted a different color, underneath has Bondo and rust on it where it has been patched.

On the cab corners also none of the speakers in the whole truck works and this is the XTR version Canadians best it has DVDs in the seats which none of them work. I talk to Chuck back to them they told me they would fix it. They bought a cluster because every light on in the dashboard came on 20 minutes after I drove down the street as well but never put the cluster in just left her in the passenger seat they have.

The back door will not lock and open it all they changed little electric lock on the door and that took a whole week, mind you I am a contractor and get $54 an hour and lost a whole week's worth of work. When I picked up my truck they charged me $250 support pads but now the brake light is stuck on and will not go off.

After I drove it away I took it back to him and he kept it for another two days until me they could not figure it out, mind you they have their own mechanic shop. More like a bunch of f*cking dumb monkeys suspending people when they go their needless to say that is only the beginning the motor has a lower-end knock as I suspected and ask them.

The transmission slips in the rear end clunks the whole truck is been painted and it's not even an SRT. They put the SRT stickers over the top of the regular 4 x 4 stickers. I lift up one of the plastic panels that goes over the rocker panels where all the wires run to the back trying to fix the DVDs for my kids. When I looked at that up it's full of nothing but rust and corrosion. They did not even screw it down it's just setting on there.

I pop the hood check the oil it's milky white and there is barely any radiator fluid in it and again I want to remind you this is all the first day after I took it. They kept it for a week and this is the first day I got it back after that week. Needless to say my credit is now f**ked do to them I lost a lot of jobs because I cannot get back and forth to work.

They tell me it's under warranty and after them taking a week to change for oil paint brake pads any show me in the world can do in less than 2 hours I don't have any space in them fixing the motor Transmission in anything else so did to the situation I was unable to pay my bills fell behind I pretty much lost my house that I was buying it for three and a half years due to not being able to get to her son's two jobs when that was the whole point of buying a newer truck four-door in 4-wheel drive.

They Didn't "Basically" Do Anything.

 They either did or didn't. "Basically" has nothing to do with this! You say you needed this thing for your work as a contractor, right? Therefore one would think you would have very completely checked this thing out, taken it on a test drive and checked each and every accessory. So then, why is it all the problems you are complaining about are so obvious, even an uneducated person would have discovered during a test drive?

Oh yes, you say you received less for the trade than what they told you, right? If so, this new figure would have been listed on the bill of sale and contract. Did you even bother to READ what you agreed to? You agreed to buy this thing and nobody forced you into it.
