Ultimate Fares, Inc., is not a member of the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada, and is displaying the BBB Online Reliability Program seal in violation of the trademark rights of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc. and the Nevada Revised Statutes 598., which prohibits false or misleading advertising. The company has been asked to remove the BBB Online Program seal but has failed to do so.

Additional Information
According to a statement made and published in "The Other Paper," April 3, 2008, Columbus. OH, UltimateFares.com spokesperson, Mr. Huff, stated that "UltimateFares.com is not a member of the national BBB but is a member of the Las Vegas BBB, where its headquarters are located. It also has call centers in California and Florida." Huff states that he has "been trying to retrieve the 40 complaints from the Vegas BBB that caused it."

All complaints received by this company from consumer have been mailed to the company at least 2 times and then, closed - many as "No Response.". The BBB of Southern Nevada (Las Vegas) has never received a request from Mr. Huff for copies of the closed complaints and the number of complaints stated by Mr. Huff is far less than those filed against the company.
