TYCO / ADT scam, lack of service, disregard for comstomer Riverside, California

I feel completely mislead and bullied! From a company that you depend on to keep your assets safe! TYCO / ADT are just Bullies! I was told that before i could ex[and or take over a service on a property that my company owns we must sign an agreement to authorize the rep to come on site and quote us. once signed he never responded to emails or ever got me the information /. quote i was looking for. On multiple occasions tried to emali, call etc to let them know this was extremely time sensitive and that a operating business would be left with out Fire alarm protection or monitorng until this was fixed. After months of trying to move them along with NO SERVICE and NO RESPONSE then i began receiving billes and collection calls! Now i am being told that by canceling my contract my company is responsible for 90% of total contract! FOR WHAT !?!?!?!?!
