I reserved a u haul " you box we ship" container on June 12th 2013, and picked it up and dropped it of by 8:00 am on the next morning June 13, 2013. I was ttold by them that it would be there within 7 days. 7 days was as long time to wait for your belongings, but I went ahead anyway. Well here it is the 21st and still no box. Here is what has happened since then. I got an email 4 days ago saying that it was on its way. I then called the location on 19th where it was to be delivered and asked them what day it would be in. They looked it up and said it would be in on Friday the 21st, I then scheduled a time the next morning on Saturday to pick it up And had to take off work to do so. I called this location on Thursday to reconfirm, then again on Friday. When I called on Friday they said it hadn't come in and they doubted it would even though it showed it on the computer. I then called uhaul customer service and after getting transferred I spoke with someone and told them what happened, they put me on hold to look up info, I stayed on hold for 5 mins then was hung up on. I recalled back, got transferred again, had to retell everything. This rep was very rude, unhelpful. I asked him where my stuff was, he told me he couldn't even tell me where it was, where it has been or any info on my belongings, they have no tracking. I told him the uhaul place here told me over 3 times that it would be here on Friday. They said that they wouldn't have that information and wouldn't have told me that. They said they had plenty of time to get my stuff to me and wouldn't do anything about it. I asked to talk to management and he said they would tell me the same thing. I still said I wanted to speak with them and he said ok and just put me on hold, sat on hold for 5 mins and hung up on again. Then re called my local uhaul place and told them what they told me, the girl said she would have them call me back. I got a message from them saying that I would nnow have to wait until the 27th or 28th. I use u haul several times a year and I will never use them again after this experience. So basically they told me to deal with it and I'm still without anything.
