Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
U. S. Bank Mortgage is a scam when it comes to loan modifications. They offer this repayment plan but only put you on a repayment plan higher than the mortgage was. Can never repay on plan impossible. Or they keep deniing you for loan modification having to fillout the same paperwork every month waiting for a answer while any savings you have depletes. so you end up giving up because tied of waiting and filling out same paper work each month. So end up being forclosed.

Why offer this loan modification program if you don"t plan to help.Fully intended to pay off loan. Hope you never be in a situation where you become disabled and depend on people. MY CREDIT WAS PERFECT BEFORE BE COMING DIASBLED>

They are under ZERO LEGAL OBLIGATION to give you a modification. THEY have the right to say NO to your request. It doesnt matter to them WHAT your personal issues are. Thats not thier concern at all and to expect them to give a d**n about YOUR life only shows that you are self-important. They are ONLY holding you to the terms and conditions of the ORIGINAL LOAN!! And nothing more. I feel bad that youre getting foreclosed on, but that is a YOU problem and NOT thier fault or responsability. THEY did thier part by giving you the money you originally requested. YOU put your home up as collateral. Seems pretty cut and dry from here. Does it suck? You betcha!!! Is it "fair"? Not in MY book. But it is the law, and they have to follow it. Them NOT giving you a loan modification is well within thier rights. THEY ARE ONLY HOLDING YOU TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU AGREED TO!!! Nothing more.
