U-Ship Pet Express Richard Morgan Adorable Puppie Scam Atlanta, Georgia Internet

I was looking for puppies and went to Craig's List and found an add for free registered Teacup Yorkies.  When I inquired the man sent a text back and then wanted to only deal with me through email.  The following is the emails he sent to me to try and make arrangements.

I quite appreciate your interest in adopting my Puppies. they are still available and ready to go to any christian loving and caring home with enough love for pets . I have two puppies all Females, they are call
Rose and Sophia , they are  Spectacular pure breed AKC registered with all shots , vaccines and vet records updated . I am actually giving them out because they were always cared and looked after by my Wife (Jessica) but with a heavy heart i lost Jessica and she was all I got , i work with a global,broad-based health care company devoted to discovering new medicines , new technologies and new ways to manage health . Jessica died in an accident 3 weeks ago on her way back from work and i have very bad memories when i see these puppies around me , because they were always together with her since i am always busy in the laboratory . I am located here in Atlanta Ga and this is where the puppies will be coming from . In placing my affectionate puppies out for adoption,i am looking for reasonable, knowledgeable and cautious person who can offer them tenderness, nursery with lots of love kisses and hugs . These adorable,cute and lovely Puppies are
12 weeks old and also these little babies are raised in our home and their living room with lots of care and love . They  will be the best playmates you have ever dream of . With their great personality and good temperaments with kids and other pets, they would be the one to steal your soul . they  would be coming along with their vet records , and all their AKC registration papers attached to their package with lots of play toys . You have nothing to worry about Feeding , because
i will also enclose their hand book and feeding menu to their package okay. all i will like to here from you is to Promise me that you would shower them with lots of love and care . And i would never like that my babies should end up in a shelter or rescue , please email me as soon as possible so that i would stop all other contacts . If you have any more question to ask i will answer you truthfully and faithfully . I would like to ask you some few questions if you do not

lots of love and care.With the information about your location,i am very sure that they shall be well taken care of while at your home.I
was first located in California  when my Organization relocated me here in Georgia, we decided to come along with these puppies to keep
me and my wife warm since we were both pets lovers.but since i lost my wife i have been finding lots of difficulties with them as i earlier
explained. I can assure you that they will be that little  girls you will always want to hold so close and never let go. Please promise me
that you shall send me monthly photos and updates of them once you get them at your home.I shall take care of their transfer of ownership
documents to your names making you their new owner.This documents will show that you have legally adopted the puppies .All that i will be
needing from you is the shipping fee which will cost $250 for one puppy and $450 for both puppies. And you will be paying this shipping
fee directly to the shipping agency ,i will take the puppies to the airport and book for the next available flight to your location and
the agency  will get back to you with the flight details and their payment form .I am currently in Atlanta  Georgia from were it is going
to take 4-5 hours for them to get to your home after registration.If it's OK by you then i shall be needing your complete delivery address

Hello , thanks for the continues interest towards Sophia and Rose. I received your delivery information and i just want to let you know that i shall be taking the puppies to the airport for registration in the morning. After the registration the shipping agency will contact you with a registration confirmation on how you shall be receiving the puppies upon arrival and also with their payment form which will guide you on how to do the payment. so i want you to stay by your computer
to wait for their contact . I will also let you know once i am done with the registration okay. Please you forgot to send me your Zip Code

When he finally contacted me to say that he was at the place to ship them to me and wanted me to go immediately to Western Union and send the money.  I had received an email from UShip Pet Express had no phone number on it and asked me to send the money to Chris Joshua Mark and I asked the Western Union people she said it sounded like a scam.  Then I texted him and asked for the phone number and he said no just follow the instructions in the email.  When I insisted on a phone number for the form, he said to just leave and go to Money Gram and do the money.  I kept insisting on a phone number and finally he said he would send his daughters address and I could send the money to her and then he would ship them. 

I find it interesting that the other report on this site said it was Jessica sending the puppies because her husband had died.  Richard Morgan was the man sending me the info and that his wife was named Jessica and the phone numbers matched what I had. 

I am glad that Western Union was able to spot it and suggested that I get a number and call the company.  He finally send a number, but the man that answered did answer with the company name and I am not sure he spoke English very well either.  Beware and I am calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow.
