ucouponsup.com Rip off individuals $19.93 at a time Internet

On December 26, 2009 i noticed a charge for $19.93 on my checking account that was not authorized by me.  Upon checking with my bank, I was given the phone number to ucouponsup.com.  When i contacted them I was told, to my horror,  that the account was attached and activated to my social security #.  Apparently, i had checked into a payday loan online, although i had not gotten one, and somehow, some way, this company was able to extract my personal information including my address, phone #, SS #, checking account # and Routing #.  When i told her that i wanted the $19.93 deposited back into my account, i was informed that they could not do that. She said I had signed up for their services and had a 10 day free trial, which after 10 days i could have cancelled it without owing anything.   But if i would like, they could cancel my "subscription" to their services!!!  What services????  I had never even heard of this company or seen their website until that day!!!  well, i told her to cancel my "subscription" IMMEDIATELY!!  And conctacted my bank.  I informed my bank that this "company" (and I use that term loosely) had all my personal info.  They immediately closed my account and now i am going thru the headache of trying to get my banking and bill payments back in order.  I don't believe that what they do is legal.  And if anyone gets a class action lawsuit going agains ucouponsup.com, I will GLADLY sign on.
