It no matter what you say, they got you.  Higher rates, more fees, and too high admission to get in.  They are ripping off all the vendors.  Several vendors are passing out this site to let people know how bad things are here.  No sales.  Poor customer service.  No manager around.  Rude office staff.

Only time you see them is when it's time to collect money.  Oh, and the rats.  Needs new manager and lower the fees.  Everyone is afraid to complain in person, so get ready for a bunch of people venting online.   What a shame.
