I am writing to report the uggfactoryoutlet.com website. On 12-11-09 I ordered 2 pair classic tall ugg boots, and I received and email confirmation with tracking numbers telling me how to track my purchase. It was free shipping, but the boots should have arrived within 7 days. It is now 12-24-09, and I have not received the boots yets, and when I email their customer support center, i am getting no response. This website is www.billingsupportsystem.com, and the tracking email website is www.ems.com.cn I have tracked the packages and it states they were being shipped from China, and from China it went to Shanghai. This is the furthest i got, as they offer no further information. The money was drawn out of my account, but the boots i have not received, and yes, I am furious and would love to receive assistance in reporting this company, and finding out how to get my money back. I would not recommend anyone go to this website to order. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me, and it is not a good feeling. Help!!!

I am sorry to hear of your situation, but to state it simply, you purchased fake UGGS.
Anything shipped EMS from Shanghai is from a number of counterfeit distributers that take FOREVER to ship anything. If you are aware that the boots are receiving are fake then be prepared to wait 3 plus weeks to receive the package.
Take note that only UGGS purchased on line directly from their website are guaranteed by the company as genuine. UGGS are an Australian product with US distribution in I believe California. If you paid less than $150.00-US for the tall boots, it is another indicator that the boots are fake.
Good luck trying to find the company, as most are fake fronts and you will receive no refund (I had a friend that the same thing happened to). She received the boots about 6 weeks after she ordered them and they reeked of an oily, gasoline scent and literally fell apart within weeks. To date she has never been able to speak to anyone and never received a refund.
Again I am truly sorry for your situation, what a way to mess up your holiday!
