uggwintry.com Has not provided order status Internet

I placed and order at Uggwintry.com on 12/5/09 and as of 12/8/09 I have not received any status on my order.  My card was charge for the amount of the purchase by another company, Air Kickse, in China.  I have sent an e-mail to WebMaster@send.uggwintry.com on 12/7/09 for order status, and per their website they are supposed to respond withing 24 hours.  As of 6:00 on 12/8/09, I still have not received a response.  I went to the Air Kickse website and attempted to "Live Chat" with their representative "Ivy" to determine what the charge is for and if its related to my purchase through uggwintry, but her MS Instant Messenger showed "Away" for 1/2 an hour.  I searched both uggwintry.com and airkickse.com for a phone number or mailing address and neither website provides that information.  I am very concerned about this purchase and why I was charged by Air Kickse when I purchased through Uggwintry.
