Tampa and every other JD Byrider is operating under the same deceptive, unfair business practices. They prey on people with bad credit, take advantage of them by selling them a car they can't afford. Then it brakes down and the limited warranty may not cover the repair-customer can't affor the payment and the repair so they lose the car. Then their credit is further trashed. In Tampa, David Cox is the ruthless manager behind all of this deceitfulness.
