Ugly Duckling - Drivetime ripoff, liar's, will tell you anything to sell you a car, they won't even tow their car if you don't pay Chandler Arizona

Hi my name is Stacy and me and my husband in June of 04 went to drivetime after our windstar broke down. At the time we were really in need of a mini van becuase my husband has parkinson's disease and we have four boys all under 7. I cannot believe the problems that have come after we leased a 1999 chevrolet venture. First off the car started having problems right after we drove off the lot The manager said oh boy you guys got a heck of a deal here and you shouldn't have to worry about any maintanince until the car hits 150 thousand miles that oh what a great deal we got for our credit on this lemon.

The brakes went the car is shaking the ailignment is bad and just last week the whole family was in the car and all the sudden we were driving and the pully, and engine belt came off under the car and the steering wheel froze and all the sudden the car overheated and my family and I almost crashed on the freeway. We have paid them for six months and the great car they sold us already has one foot in car heaven. We were stuck for weeks without our car and forced to buy another one. And they are calling me daily harrassing me and my family and refuse to come repo their car they won't take they want us to pay for it and we refuse everyday its the same phone call where is our money. I tried to call the police to file a report but they said no law was broken. I tried to call the attorney general also and they can't help me.

Why is it that they can threaten me for months about taking the car from us. But when we want to get rid of it they won't come. They don't want the car back becuase they know it is not sellable they cant get money for it so they want me to pay but I keep refusing telling them its not worth paying for and putting thousands into repairing it at the same time. Me and my husband and four kids live on my husabands disability and I am fed up with giving them the little money we get monthly. So if anyone can contact me about a lawsuit I will cooparate fully and maybe we can get some restoration from all the thousands of dollars we have given them.

They are parana's they are the Roaches not the customers. We go in their blindly not knowing what to expect. And I am tired of heiring this is what we should expect because we have bad credit. I hope that they come tow the car soon I called coorprate and they said they were hurt because they care about the customers and try to build a relationship the only reason they are hurt is in the wallet.
