UK VISA AND IMMIGRATION When i ring them they said they are the part of home office dealing with visa process, they charged 450.00 pounds for their professional legal fees,I would like to sponsor my mother in law from srila, Internet

I am pregnant due on 08th of march 2012. for that reason I need a help to look after my first child who is 3 years old. i decided to sponsor my mother in law from srilanka to give me a support. I search through internet what are the documents i should submit to British high commission in srilanka to sponsor my mother in law.

I got the uk visa and immigration web site I contacted them on 06th January 2012 around 13.00 pm, they said that they will do everything to get a visa for my mother in law but there is a professional charge is 450.00 pounds,and they are the part of homeoffice. I trusted them I gave my bank details to direct debit for 450.00 pounds.

They send me a signing form they ask me to sign it send it back, I thought I need to send it through post, I click for I agree I was waiting for next page to confirm my signature through writing, but the next page came as my signature has been agreed, I don't understand exactly what happened, I rung them Their office is closed, They will be open on monday. In the mean while I sent an email to them and through phone I left the message to them to cancel my application.

Monday 09/01/2012 morning at 09.30 am I contacted through phone I explained them my mother in law is sick she can't travel to U.K, I requested them to give me a refund, They said that they can't refund the amount which i have paid them, they wish to cancel the application.

I really disappointed, I requested them It's big amount for me to loose it, I ask them consider, But finally they said that They can refund only 150.00 pounds only I fill the refund form, But they can't refund the full amount. What is my concern is they did n't process anything, they just send me the couple of emails that is it. they cancel my application, they took from my bank account 450.00 pounds without doing any job, and they lied me they are the part of homeoffice.

I am please requesting Rip off professionals to give me the solution for money please,I am pregnant only 8 more weeks to go due for delivery I am really stressed and depressed. Could you please take my words as request, Can you give me some solution please. Thanking you
