UKI Long Distance has been wrongfully charging my phone bill with a monthly service charge with out my concent. I have long distance with my local phone company so there is no need to have another carrier.

I have attemepted to call UKI but they are not at the number provided being on hold for over 30 min isnt what I call customer service. I'm still attempting to remove these charges. Please be aware of this company and be careful.
