I have been harrassed by ULPD threatening me with arrest, loss of my job and fraud. I have contacted a lawyer who is willing to sue them because they have broken so many federal laws but I do not have a real physical address or any real names for them. Does anyone have their real address or any way to locate them? They go under the names of ULPD, United Legal Processing Division, Midland Marketing and National Processing Division. Any help locating these scum bags will be greatly appreciated.

I agree, that they obtained your information form somewhere/someone. There are many possible sources they used. One of the most suspected sources is a payday loan outfit. If you google search this, you'll see several articles about them.
Did you get a payday loan? Some folks suspect the loan outfits of providing the information to them when the loan goes delinquent.
Another common point with folks that are contacted by them is that the debtor was online looking for a loan/obtaining an online payday loan. Many of these online loan companies and loan search portals are not on the up-and-up and much personal information can be gleaned by dishonest websites.

If they do not have a phsical address nor a company who they work with, how do they have my address, SSN, loan amounts, and employer information? They have to get this information from somewhere and they do not sound smart enough to have been able to hack into the data bases of everyone that has been affected. There has to be a mother company or someone who has given them the information they have.

There is no company to sue-they are a scam.
What they do: they telephone folks with credit issues/money problems claiming some debt is owed and threaten them with arrest, revocation of driver's license, freezing credit cards and the like, in the hopes of SCARING folks into sending them money or providing bank account information.
DON'T FALL FOR IT.
I suspect that they glean information off the internet from folks searching for a loan or "credit repair" service with the help of bogus loan/credit repair websites.
