I had a problem with an Officer Brian Smith and a Kevin Johnson saying that I owed on an internet payday loan that was outstanding. The heavy Indian accented crew threatened me with arrest for 4 counts of fraud, prison time, and having me fired from my job. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, the Virginia Attorney General and the New York Attorney General. It turns out that the mailing address they gave me was for a library. Dont give into these people, it is a rip off and it is against the law for them to threaten you.
