I thought ugly duckling/drive time were a rip off, well so is Ultimate, they not only rip you off but they "help" you be "approved" for the rip off, meanning they exagerate anything just to get you financed, like writting in the contract that you traded a better car then the one your're buying from them, and if something is wrong with the car they sell you, they actually pretend to fix it, and I say pretend, because that's exactlly what they do, like, check this out.

they wrote a invoice of something that in the begining they denied the car had, they, later said they had done a major job to it like replace a Piston and the ring of it and a whole bunch of things such as change of oil, that it even needed more when I checked it right after they let me tried it and antifreeze and when I tried to check the new spark plugs wires. there is under the hood of the van, a cover where you can't see anything but the brand of the car and under it is everything else like wires, spark plugs the heads(it's a V6) and that cover is held by six screws that I couldn't even remove, to check. what I mean is that they never checked the engine nor did nothing to it because it was exactlly the same way I had taken it to be repaired for. and to make things worst they "qualify me" with Long Beach Acceptance Corporation , that just now I'm being aware of how untrusting they also are.

so as you may see, all of this is just to get rid off a little bit of the frustration this is gonna cause me, since it hasn't even been a month since I got in this alerady nasty mess. because we that abused are not united against all this companies, like all those that got united against the priests that molested kids. and won. this companies are more astute and we are more defenseless, because this companies are scattered and do more damage and no one lawyer is helpful enough and laws are not there and many politician are bought by those kinds of companies. so as you can see we are doom. and they know that's why they keep on doing what they do best FRAUD, ABUSE and LAUGH all the way to THE BANK.

Ultimate Auto @ Fontana CA

AUTHOR: Jaime - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 10, 2008

Any one may notice what I wrote about people that is abusive, well they are also smart or should I say astute,. This is reflected in the rebuttal I had to my complaint when 1stpencl puts it like this:---{"Well it seems as though there are a few separeted issues to be addressed here but 1st I must apologize (victimscenario) (sublime astutecy) and express the embarresment I personally feel for us being associated with someone who disgustingly believes(that's me) he has any right to compare his feelings about a spark plug (ridiculously astute) to those of a child that has been molested"}

as you may see,- he wants to minimize his doing because here he is triying to link my call for unity, (like the one of those who were abused by priests,) with the fact of someone being abused in a sexual way,-( but of course) what else can we expect from someone that is used to persuede people into getting the car, not even careing if is what the customer wants, only what can be bought( to the Dealers standards) and the seller knows how to fool them...

It will be foolish to say that every single salesperson is crooked, but is also foolish to deniy that many buyers are not smart enough and in deep need for a car/transportation, that they can be easily fooled by unescrupolous, fraudalent and astute sellers. and it will be useless to keep in trying to convince people like Daniel that he is wrong in saying that no one complaints to the mark-offs from Sears or any other store, because if he hasn't that does not mean that is has not been done, besides thousands of dollars won't compare to thingd worth less then a fist full of dollars, and if he(daniel) does not want to see further then his nose it may be due to the fact that probably he is either one of them or actually too naive...it's ok let him find out the way I found out, trusting the untrusting. and like 1stpncl sid....Enough said.

I agree with the dealership

AUTHOR: Daniel - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, January 06, 2008

I have to Agree with the dealership on this one. Anytime I read a report about someone that says "This company lied about my income" I say to myself, why aren't you in jail then? In each and every one of these cases YOU ultimately agree with the information that is on the application(s). So if you are aware the dealership is declaring false income and you sign your name to it all, the dealership did nothing wrong, to the best of their knowledge you had this income. You are the one that put your name on the dotted line.

When are people going to wake up to the automobile market. It's Plain, It's Simple.

If you are rich with good credit, you won't have issues. If you aren't and have trouble getting financed these banks and dealerships take risks to help people like you. So they might lie a little to help YOU, it's not to help them. YOU are driving the car not them.

Let these guys alone with this one, sure all auto dealerships participate in different ventures to make a buck but does that mean you also complain to other companies you deal with?

Do you shop at Sears, Wal-Mart etc...? Do you complain about their "markups"? Some of these markups are close to 50%, let me know when a dealership marks a car up that high.

Best Regards

No bad guys here.

AUTHOR: 1stpncl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, January 06, 2008

Well as you can see, our employees take a lot of pride in what they do, and feel very passionately about their efforts.Especially when we are not the bad guys here.To us we do the best we can to help someone out regardless of whatever their situation may be.We ourselves are at the mercy of the finance companies and we make the best call we can under the circumstances, but what people don't realize is that it does not all end there. We turn around and go to bat for our guests and we are the ones that go up against the finance companies to offer you the best deal possible. We ourselves have families and bills like everyone else and we base our success upon referrals and repeat customers,we are not going to do things to shoot ourselves in the foot.Yes we are able to help just about everyone, but remember everyone is different and what one person gets may not necessarily be what you get. We really do try though and that's all we want people to realize, not even appreciate, just realize.

Reality Check

AUTHOR: 1stpncl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, January 05, 2008

Well it seems as though there are a few separate issues to be addressed here, but first I must apologize and express the embarassment I personally feel for us now being associated with someone who disgustingly believes he has any right to compare his feelings about a spark plug to those of a child that has been molested.
Enough said!

Ok, on the other hand just for the record I'd like to offer a few details about the service matter that were left out by accident, I'm sure.

In this matter I recall Jaime exercing his right to have the vehicle inspected by an outside party of his choice, which we do have in writting posted on every cubicle wall in the dealership, and upon him doing so, we were brought back a list of things that he was told could possibly be a problem at some point. Well, trying to fix something that isn't broken yet, is a skill that I have yet to find someone with.
Our vehicles do go through a safety and smog inspection with an outside service provider, and at that time if there is a problem, it is handled by a qualified service shop.

There was some very expensive repairs done to the vehicle when a specific concern was brough to our attention, and of course there was no cost to the customer, and to go a step further we provided the customer with another van that was even a little nicer that what he could be qualified for to make up for any inconvenience, which was something we were not obligated to do, but we just did.

People realize these are used cars.Just because they are "new" to you, doesn't mean that they are new, that's why they are called used or to be P.C about it pre-owned.We know what that means so we do offer a 30dy/1000 mile warranty, which is more than enough time for the "new owners" to get a complete service and inspection which is just the thing to do.

Reality check. We provide a service based on what the customer brings to the table.People come to us to help them despite the facts that are in black and white on their credit report. "Ya, ok I don't pay my bills, but give me a $20,000 loan. Ya right! Funny thing is we still try to turn water into wine and make your "excuses" look like valid reasons to the finance company as to why you can't keep your word about paying people.

But we're the bad guys and we're the rip offs! I wonder if the creditors/collectors of some of the customers we've had the honor of being ragged on by would feel the same.

What's so weird about it is the people who I feel have earned their right to complain if they wanted to because they pay their bills and are credit worthy, are the ones that complain the least and are the most gracious and appreciative even when things go less than perfect even though they know they deserve perfection.

Well, the funny and even more outrageously weird thing is having someone in here that I wouldn't finance a bus pass for, come in and have the miracle of financing done for them by our finance dept, then turn around and be the most demanding ungrateful and unappreciative person acting as if they deserve something better.
When you earn it, then you'll deserve it.We offer you the best for what is within your means. Don't blame us for putting you in a car that you can look at and possibly see what others think your worth, but mostly what your not.
