I was scammed for $698.00 by Ultimate Rental Getaways LLC, which was located IVO Wilton Manors Florida. I purchased an ultimate getaway rental package from Ultimate Rental Getaways LLC that consisted of one cruise for 3 days/2 nights for 5 people, and an 8 day/7 night stay in March 2018, for two people. After locating a place to vacation, I called (866-882-2395 and 954-639-1719) several tines and sent several emails (clientcare@ultimate-getaways.com) to finish coordinating the vacation package. The telephone numbers were never answered, and nor were there any responses to the emails sent. I paid at total of $698.00 for services never rendered and have had a heck of time trying to get my money back.  I've researched on line the name, location, address, email address, and phone number to the business in order to verify the business exists. The company does exist and obviously continues to steal money from unsuspecting customers without contacting them or returning the money stolen. I have contacted my credit card company for support on this issue, and they are providing some support but I still am out of the money I was scammed by Ultimate Rental Getaways LLC, Wilton Manors Florida.
