Ultimatedvdshop Tried to steal my money Internet

This company also tried to rip me off. I placed an order, recieved an email confirmation, then weeks later recieved an email telling me the order had been placed on back order.

I tried calling and emailing to find out when I would recieve the dvd', I left message after message and finally after no response from them cancelled the order by phone by leaving another message and also cancelled the order by email.

I contacted my credit card company who were able to get the money back from them and after this I then recieved 3 emails from the company telling me again that the dvd' were on back order.

I sent a very blatent email to them telling them they were scammers and I had already cancelled the order and were reporting them. I then recieved another email from them telling me to click on the link below to cancel the order but alas the link doesn't work it is the same link that I recieved on 3 different emails from them. There was also a "toll free" number on the email but as you can see it is not "toll free" 1 213 725-5232 and when I did a search for the number to try and get an address this is what came up. {213} 725-5232 is a cell phone based in Los Angeles, CA. The registered service provider is Nextel Communications**.

Of course I have been calling and calling the number to try and get a name and address but once again noone is answering the phone and then all you get is a busy signal.

I will also be reporting these scammers to www.ic3.gov/complaint/ and urge everyone else to do so, there is also another website (((Redacted))) with hundreds of complaints for this company and it's 6 sister companies.
