Ultra PM ripoff Jordan Utah

I was also ripped off by this company. I decided to try the sample which was put on my credit card on 7/20/05. Shortly after that I started trying to cancel whatever their product was about. After taking their product for several days I had the worst indigestion. I called and called without getting any answer. I waited at least 25 min. which I was told by Nick that their was no way because they answered all call within 15 min. Ha. I got a message many times that all lines were tied up but he told me their was no way. So everything I told him had happened to me with this company he basically told me could not have happened. So I asked him if he was calling me a liar. I also had a charge of $24.00 on 8/25/05 for Ultra Fitness program which I did try to cancel and they finally cancelled it after they let the whole month run out with me continously requesting a cancellation of this program which I did not order. I received a charge of $44.90 on 8/22/05 for this pills which I did not open and sent back to sender. I didn't even open the package.

On 9/20/05 I received another package of pills for $44.90 which I sent back to sender unopened. When I told Nick this info. he said that it didn't matter I still would not receive any kind of refund for this whole mess. So far I have lost $113.80 which I am working with my credit card company to resolve. It is so sad that a company like this is allowed to continuing praying on people and taking their money away for their benefit. Someone should be able to shut them down. The people that work for this company are very rude and no help.
