UMG had previously entered a charge to my credit card in May but rescinded the charges. Now in June, the company debited my account twice for $14.95 on 6-16-09. I called 1-888-305-3227 (Customer Service) and told "Joe" that I had not ordered or agreed to the two charges against my credit card. He told me that the charges would be dropped within two business days. Today is 6-18-2009. If those charges are not dropped, I will cancel my credit card and use cash for future purchases.
