This medical insurance is a fraud.  Steven advised this was a PPO, that was a lie.  They charged me over $200.00 per month.  I was not able to see who I wanted, I finally tried to make an appt with their Obgyn, a man, because they had not one woman Docotor in my area.  Once they called them to see what they cover  the Dr's office cancelled my appt. Stating that the medical insurance was bad and they will only pay $50 for any visit, no matter what I have done, or what I need, and a max of 5 visits per year.  So I pay over 200.00 a month for them to only pay a max of $250.00 a year.  They have taken over $2000.00 from me since Nov with no services being rendered. I was told by the Dr that is how they get you, they tell you it's a PPO when it's not.  I was also advised by another medical representative that this is due to Obama care, that thanks to his meddling these insurance companies are allowed to rip off  Americans, and not regulated by the department of insurance. Thanks Obama for allowing these companies to rip off sick Americans.
