Union Worker Credit Serrvices cash a check for for an order that was canceled Dallas Texas

as a member my check that was submitted and clear the bank account May 2009 , has not been refunded in the amount of $39.00

this matter arised when i joined the union workers credit union paying membership fee of $37.00. I recieved the catalog give a sample invoice that was different than the order form in the catalog. the order from clearly states that if all information is not accurrate , check and order will not be processed, however my check was cashed and then indicated that references were needed. I indicated that was not indicated on my order from , therefore to cancel order. I was then told that i had to wait until june 19th to get my money back..again that was not indicated in terms of conditions.

June 19th was passed and I still do not have my refund.
