BEWARE SCAMMER: John Floyd advertises as a licensed contractor for home repairs. He uses the name UNIQUE CONSTRUCTION, PROPERTY EXECUTIVES, SHD LLC, ROOF GIANT and many more. He is targeting people on craigs list seeking home repairs of any kind. John Floyd will come to your residence and provide a estimate and require a deposit, YOU WILL NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN AFTER YOU GIVE A DEPOSIT.
He is currently on probation out of Macomb County, his probation officer name is Doreen and her number is 586-493-4485 and has several criminal records available for public viuewing one including false pretense over $20,000.00
If you have been scammed by John Floyd or any of hsi unlicensed fake businesses Call the police immediatly and his probation officer.
Several people have stepped forward and a criminal case is pending in Monroe County, Macomb County and Frazer. He is know to target Macomb county and Grand Rapids area and Lansing.

John Floyd from Unique Construction stood by his word and contract and refunded my deposit. We both have agreed to all terms and shook hands at the end of our dealings.
I am happy with the resolution.
