This company is terrible.

Client of mine used this service for maintenance for 2 years...then they came out and told the elder woman she needed a whole new system. We don’t know if it even needed to be replaced. We don’t think so. $8500 later the brand new unit was not cooling the house, so they were called to come out to check it. They offered to do so for free since IT WAS BRAND NEW. The kid that showed up looked at the thermostat, looked at the unit and said it was fine. Then he charged her $109 because “nothing was wrong”...the house couldn’t cool under 80 degree, but it was FINE! Then he tried to sell her another 2 year maintenance contract...ummm, NO.

We had to call another service and have them come out and check it...it took 5 days to get on their schedule, after waiting 3 for Unique...turns out that the duct line in the attic was torn and all of the cool air was going into the attack. DId Unique Air damage the duct when they installed the new unit? We think so. Did the kid who came out to check on the reported unit even look in the attack? NO! This, of course, was  when we were have Heat Advisory Warnings daily with heat index over 100... The tech was there for 2 hours repairing the duct and making sure all was good in the attack...charged $85. So, use Sarah's Air if you're in the St. Pete area..they will take care of you.

Now, 5 months after the installation they still have not closed out the permit with the County...they're too busy...they just absolutely suck!
