United AirTemp LIED to American Home Shield, and claim was denied! Manassas Virginia

This company was called out to our home by American Home Shield.  We made the call on Monday, and they didn't come out until Friday.  We had some issues with AHS, and had resumed our coverage the previous weekend.  The unit went out Monday.  They told AHS the coils were dry, and that it must have been a pre existing condition-in other words it had gone out Sunday not Monday like IT DID! So basically, in this guy's "professional" opinion, we are liars and are trying to scam AHS.  Of course the coils were dry four days later!  Not true, and by assuming facts not in evidence, James made it so our claim was denied because of what he "thought" might have happened.  He put words in my wife's mouth about what she said during the service call, which was not true. He even told me that I had said things, that I never did when I asked him about why he was lying to AHS.  This company is also the ONLY company that AHS uses in 20169, so there is something going on between AHS and United.  Avoid at all costs, they are dishonest and lie for some reason.
