My son purchased an F350 (supposedly) 7.3 Diesel 4x4 from United Autonet. Joey Villegas sold my son the truck. He had save up $10,000 cash and Joey Villegas told him every lie necessary and convinced him to buy this truck. My son, being honest and trustworthy himself gave JV the same consideration. 6 days after bringing the truck home, major problems. Took it to a local mechanic, bad water pump, possible blown head gaskets, much more. ALSO to be told that the seller lied to him about the 7.3 engine, it was a 6.0 and came with all the problems that had risen SIX days after purchase. I called to speak with the owner SEAN NIA that would NEVER take my calls or  return them. The truck was sold "as is" but as is wasn't what he bought. After numerous conversations with JV, the sales person, no resolution.  He clearly LIED about the engine and took $10,000 for his lies. I offered several suggestions, bring the truck back, find another that we can have inspected, no go. After an estimate of $6000 to repair this truck, I offered to keep my mouth shut if they would go half, NO GO again. Better yet, just take the junk and set fire to it on his lot. I've sent emails, text messages, numerous calls, all ignored. This dealership appears to continue to get away with violating DECEPTIVE TRADE ACT which is suppoed to protect the consumer from POS's like this group. Not to mention lies about the truck and inspection that according to a local mechanic was not done of these problems wouldn't have happened, NOT SIX DAYS and $10,000 later. I hope this low class pieces of trash believe in KARMA. Don't know how people like this group sleep at night. I hope a class action law suit is brought forth, their day will come. I'm consulting with an attorney and will not let this drop.

Auto Net Settled out of court!

AUTHOR: SHERI - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 07, 2021

We filed a Deceptive Trades Act Law Suit against Auto Net out of Dallas Texas several years ago. Yes, it took quite some time but Auto Net settled out of court because they knew they would loose much bigger if placed before a jury of people that hate lying, cheating automobile dealerships! i can provide court case number and a photo of the check that shows settled amount.

So, with the settlement (that was sub-optimal) but we sold the junk truck "as is"  Our buyer was a diesel mechanic, looking for parts, fully looked over the truck and we provided all our paperwork showing the magnitude of  problems with this "junk truck". So, with the settlement and the sale of the truck, our loses were minimal.  I encourage all others "ripped off" by auto net to pursue legal counseling, it may cost you in the beginning but they will loose in the end!

important to get inspection reports

AUTHOR: unsatisfied - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, September 27, 2018

You need to get the inspection reports from the DMV inspection department not from clean air check. theres does not show the protocol numbers. they have an office in garland texas here in the DFW area. once you have them get them to check the protocol number on the reports and see if they match your vehicles protocol number. this is the best proof you will get and the best way to void the as is warranty. RCA inspections is there go to for illigal inspections. i have one other here on rippoff that has done this and found RCA did theres as well.

PLEASE EVERY ONE WRITING ABOUT AUTONET GET WITH THE DMV INSPECTION DEPARTMENT AND CHECK YOUR VEHICLES PROTOCOL NUMBER AGAINST THE PROTCOL NUMBER ON YOUR REPORTS.

Then you have some major ammunition to sue. but dont just list united autonet inc in your suit yopu want SHAHIN MOHAMMAD NIA listed to. if you have a attorney let him know you want to pierce the corporate veil and go after his personal assets. the guy just bought an $800,000 house in irving. it worth going after him personaly. have him served at 200 hunt dr irving texas75062 or 2675 tarna Dallas texas 75229. you will need the secretary of state to serve him.

Lets hit him with multiple cases.

Deceptive trades lawsuit

AUTHOR: SHERI - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, August 10, 2018

Yep, This piece of trash continues to rip off, lie and deceive people. Everyone needs to get together with a class action lawsuit and take this piece of trash out a business. Thank you for the info, will pass this on to my attorney. My lawsuit is going on a year and a 1/2 and they have responded to very little. They think we're backing down , think again! They'll be ruined one way or the other!

THIS IS A VERY COMMON STORY ABOUT A THIEF NAMED SHAHIN NIA AND HIS SHAM OF A CORPORATION UNITED AUTO NET INC.

AUTHOR: UNSATISFIED - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, August 10, 2018

I AM SORRY TO HEAR YOU TO HAVE BEEN LIED TO AND STOLEN FROM BY THIS WORTHLESS ENTITY. BUT POSSIBLY IF YOU HAVE THE DMV INSPECTION DEVISION RUN YOUR VIN# AND CHECK THE INSPECTION REPORTS YOU MAY FIND LIKE ME THEY HAD THE INSPECTION DONE ILLEGALLY. HAVE THEM CHECK THE PROTOCOL NUMBER ON THE REPORTS AND SEE IF THEY MATCH YOUR VEHICLE. IF RCA STATE INSPECTIONS DID THE INSPECTION YOU MOST LIKELY HAD A FRAUDULANT INSPECTION DONE.

IF IT WAS DONE WHILE AUTONET HAD THE VEHICLE. THE AS IS WARRANTY IS VIOD AND YOU SHOULD JOIN ME IN A SUEING THIS PILE OF YOU KNOW WHAT. SHAHIN NIA UNITED AUTONET. HE IS ALWAYS OUT OF THE COUNTRY WHEN YOU TRY AND CALL HIM. MAYBE HOMELAND SECURITY SHOULD LOOK INTO HIS CORPORATION.

Unfortunate......

AUTHOR: Tyg - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 15, 2016

While I understand your frustration with the situation, its unfortunate because even you state the obvious. Its an AS IS purchase. If this was your childs first vehicle why didnt one of YOU go with him as a parent who has purchased vehicles before? Why did you let your child go and spend roughly 10 grand on a vehicle WITHOUT giving your child the benefit of YOUR life experience? When I purchased my first vehicle I had not only my parents but my grandparents and a few uncles along. They are the ones that showed me what to do and to look for. They are the ones that instructed me about having the vehicle looked over by a trusted mechanic BEFORE you put ANYTHING down. Its NOT about TRUST, its about protecting your wallet. Had your child taken the USED VEHICLE to a trusted mechanic BEFORE the purchase then your child wouldnt be in the situation they are in NOW. Its unfortunate but since your child did this AND signed paperwork to the effect of they agreed to purchase the vehicle AS IS. SInce this deal is with YOUR CHILD, YOU PERSONALLY do not have a right to defame them as EVERYTHING you post is HEARSAY!!! Other then that we only have YOUR WORD that the situation has unfolded as YOU claim it has. But YOU offer ZERO PROOF OF WRONGDOING!!!! So HOW can anyone put any credibility to YOUR tale? All YOUR POST is, is PURE defamation!!! Something that there IS a civil remedy for THEM!!! And YOU did this WILLINGLY and WITH MALICE!!! Oh, sure YOU CLAIM that you are warning others but we all know that is an excuse to WHINE!!! We can all see WHAT you are doing by THIS STATEMENT ALONE........ I offered to keep my mouth shut if they would go half......Right there YOU show the TRUE motive for making a post that is filled with this much DEFAMATION!!!I commend you for being a supportive parent but its a little too late for that since YOU should have gone with them to make the purchase. YOU should REALLY be careful on what YOU post on the web. There are real life consequences for what YOU do online. If that dealership or person YOU have named in your post wants to, THEY can sue YOU for what YOU have willingly posted. Since THIS SITE is NOT Facebook, all YOU have done is place a nice fat bullseye on yourself. AS IS means AS IS and YOU attempting to circumvent this by making threats and defaming online posts goes ONLY to show that YOU think its perfetly OK to step on another citizens rights. We get it, YOU dont agree with what YOUR CHILD purchased. It still doesnt give YOU the right to name them online and basically LIE about the situation. There are always three sides to ANY tale. YOU are telling YOUR VERSION of it and we KNOW its NOT the whole truth. If YOU were NOT there then YOU cant say with 100% accuracy that what YOUR child told YOU is the ACTUAL truth of the situation. By the time your lawyer gets to your situation it will be far beyond the timeframe to do anything about it. Even your lawyer is going to tell you that your child signed the paperwork for AS IS and ANYTHING your child CLAIMS was said is a HE SAID situation. Because both YOU and YOUR CHILD would say and now proven DO anything to get your way.
