This company contacts you offering a hundred dollar gift card if you sign up for discounted magazine subscritions. There are two arms to the company. United Benefit services and a Managment Company which does the billing. The managmnt company's phone number appears on the credit card. The main company and the managment company are located in the same building at 4876 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach, VA. 23402.
When you cancel your account with the billing company your credit card continues to be billed as you did not cancel with the main company or vice versa. At no point do they say you have contact the both companies if you want to cancel your service.
This company has been doing business since 2007 judging by the complaints on this web site.
