united cash loans Have a balance of $25, but they state and want $450 due to fees. They are a rip off! They refuse to send me a bill in mail or send me address as to where to send the balance of $25 to. miami Oklahoma

 I took out a loan for $250.00 with United Cash Loans in May of 2010. I had paid three payments of $75 leaving a balance of $25. They continue to harass me at work none the less stating I owe them $450. Today I received a phone call around 2pm from them stating the same thing $450 balance. I went on to say for her to send me an email or a bill and she refused stating she has sent many, although she couldn't give me specific dates as to the emails they supposedly sent so I can look them up while she was on the phone.

She refused to send me anything. She then started screaming and threatening me and asking if I am stating that I refuse to pay. I said no that is not the case, I will pay the balance of $25 and she said no that my balance is$450 due to fees. I went on to say that it is a small cap loan and according to state law in my state it is only allowed to be 30% of total. She interrupted me and started screaming in turn I hung up because it is unprofessional of her to speak like that to people; And they expect people to pay them with that demeanor, I don't think so.
