I received a letter by mail from United Collections.  Somehow they knew when my son had seen the doctor 8 months ago however they said the account had been turned over to them and now wanted $341.20 from me.

I remembered paying it and called the actual office where my son received care and sure enough, they had never turned the account over to collections and show him with a zero balance.

DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE.  If it sounds fishy, it likely is.  Always check with your health care provider first.
