United College Advocates contacted me to help me consolidate my student loans and to see if I qualified forthe student loan relief act.

They said I did and that I needed to pay $299 for their fees. Which I did through my bank account in three payments.

Nothing was ever filed by them. All attempts at contacting them have been usless. The phone number and email address are no longer working.

I have copies of all bank statements and the signed contract.
