United Concordia doesn't have the good business practices of other insurances. Their customer service purpose is to be as rude and as ambiguous as possible so that they don't have to cover for services. When dentists don't get paid, the patients get a bill. I was in another phone line listening to the conversation between my dentist and the United Concordia customer service agent. I just couldn't believe how lazy and rude the agent was. United Concordia makes it a hopeless quest to get accurate information.
