United Legal Investigations Bureau - Officer Will Buxton/Foreigner Mount Crawford, Virginia

I received a call on my cell phone but since I did not recognize the number I did not answer but picked the voicemail. It was someone named Will Buxton with United Legal Investigations stating that my husband wouod be arrested in 2 days if he did not call right away. I called the number that he had left 310-775-9069. I called the number and told them why I was calling and that I was returning a call regarding my husband.

I spoke to one man and when I said who I was calling about he said let me put my supervisor on the phone and that if I hang up and dont wait the would proceed with the lawsuit and have my husband arrested. His supervisor, Will Buxton a very loud and rude, fast talking heavy accented foreigner took the phone and proceeded to verify all of my husbands information regarding a payday loan and that he was in alot of trouble and then told me to hold on and if I hang up would proceed to upload my husbands info so he would be arrested in 2 days.

I waited for a bit then a very loud and rude, fast talking heavy accented foreigner obviously the same person but stated that he was an Officer and then started to proceed with reviewing all my husbands information and asked me if I really wanted to resolve this then I could give him my debit card so that he can run it for $800 so that I could pay Midland Marketing for my debt. I took out a payday loan on my husbands behalf but had an issue with my account and was trying to get it resolved. He said I was just making excuses for him and they would just proceed with the investigation.

He stated that he was going to fax my husbands work some information so he would be fired, arrest him, list his SS# and TDL# as false and did I really want to do that to him. I told him I did not have $800 and that if I did I would have already taken care of the issue so he told me to he would give me an hour to call my friends and relatives to borrow the money and then call him back.

He said if I didnt call he would upload my husbands information to attorney general's office and my husband would be arrested with in 2 days. I told them there had to be someway we could work this out and he said just call your family and friends and call me back within an hour. He was yelling at me the whole time till I cried and yelled back at him to stop yelling at me that this was the first time I had spoke to them and they had not tried to call like he said. Just an FYI I never received a payday loan over the amount of $300.
