United Online Collections Division sent me a fraudulent letter stating I owed $29.90 to NetZero, a company I have never done business with.

I attempted to call United Online Collections Division using the number provided in the letter - 1-866-210-1700 - and received an automated recording and was unable to speak with a live person or leave a message.

The account past due claim made by the United Online Collections Division is completely false.
