United Parcel Service ,Loses Packages& Refuses to Pay Claim LIARS Atlanta Georgia

I opened a shipping account online with UPS at the start of September 2006 and was told my account was active immediately. I began shipping packages the very next day, even though I was still waiting on my shipping materials to be sent to me. In less than 30 days, I have shipped out over 60 packages and only 34 of them have made it to their destination.

I paid for and requested Next Day Air, signature confirmation and I have insured each and every package that I have ever shipped out. I can prove that I shipped each and every package, however, UPS cannot prove that each and every package was delivered. I have been lied too, put on hold for long periods of time, had promises made to me by a supervisor named Steve Ellis that my claim was going to be paid and it never was.

UPS is very quick to send you bills, but they refuse to admit any wrongdoing and will not admit to being liable for the packages of mine that they have lost. I have even received letters in the mail from UPS stating packages were lost. To this very day, I have not seen a dime from UPS.

I have filed reports with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General's Office(Consumer Affairs Department) and the Federal Trade Commission. I also emailed my story to a TV station in Washington,DC that does investigative reports for consumers who have been treated badly, but I have not heard back from the TV station.

A man by the name of Jerry Hammond who is somehow affiliated with UPS called my house last week and told me that he had personally inspected each and every package that I had ever sent out and took photos of everything in the boxes, and he said the things that I shipped were of "no value". He also said that he had a "co-hort" in the state of WV by the name of Tony Cox who was an investigator for UPS. I have a sister in WV and I have sent her multiple packages and she has only received half of them.

Tony Cox went to her house questioning her about me and what kind of person I was and asked her why she was receiving so many shipments from UPS because it was unusual for her rural area. Come again? Tony Cox is a liar and has made false accusations against me. He doesnt want to admit his shipping center is liable and he has told UPS headquarters things about me that are not true.

By law, UPS cannot search any of my outgoing packages unless they are in my presense, or in the presence of a law enforcement official. When Jerry Hammond told me about these photos, I asked him for copies of the pictures and he refused. Because the pictures do not exist!

To win my case in court against these phony a** unprofessional people, I am going to need a cut-throat lawyer and nine times out of ten, you wont find one working at Legal Aid. I have done nothing wrong and I have not committed any crimes. I just want what is rightfully owed to me.
