United Payment Services Reported me to credit bureaus after I dennied to pay charges for their service that I never used at all, Internet

I was looking for a credit card processing company for my business. I came across United Payment Services and they seemed very nice. Most of my services are paid via check...but I do have  a few that ask If I take credit cards..so I decided to try United Payment Services.

They assured me that if I did not use the service I would not have to pay...pay as you go. Well that was not the case...  They ended up sending me a bill for 5hundred and some dollars..when I never used their service at all. I was concerned and called them and after giving me therun around said that there were monthly fees due and that they accumulated and now I owed them the money.

I didnt even had the chance to try their service when I was billed this amount. I tried to find out about the charge and they never responded.. the next thing I know I was sent to a credit collections company and anow it sits on my credit report.

For anyone out there looking for a credit card processing company beware of this company!
