I recevied a call from an 503 area code asking me to take this short survey and i would win a 3day cruise to the Bahamas and so i did the survey. After taking the survy a live person got on the phone asked me my name and number and then asked me to hold on ,then an automated machine came on telling me what the web address was and how to go on line to claim my reward and to get my boarding passes.  I went to the web address that they gave me which was www.surveycruise.com and tried to log on with the number and zip code that i just gave the lady on the phone and it cant on saying that it was incorrect. and then i tried to send a report that i was having trouble logging on to claim my prize and it cant sending me to a page that said web error. I was at work when the call came in ,and i took time to answer the survey and for what now i get nothing! I dont understand how that company doesnt eve have a 1-800 number online. This I feel is just away get there survey done for free this is not fair at all of people's time.

Robo call to do political survay for a Free Cruise

AUTHOR: Topladycop - (United States of America)

Yes, I live in Reno, NV and got the same call being a Police Officer for years I did not fall for their scam. When the live person came on to "Set me up" for my FREE CRUISE, I stopped her from talking and asked her- So are you going to ask for my Credit card #-- she assured me not then she hung up on me...lol I feel bad for those who are optismistic enough to think that any place or person would give them a "Free cruise" for doing anything. They do state they need you to pay the port fee's and taxes up front. However Remember :ANYTIME something SEEMS too good to be true then it is too good to be true. Do NOT fall for this or anyother scam times are too tough !! You will never get anything for nothing !!

Stay Safe

Cut your losses.

At this point, all you've lost is a little time.    If you really think that you are going to get a "free" cruise just for answering some survey question, you need to get a little more skeptical.   Most of the people who complain about this actually made their way through the process and ended up paying lots of money for nothing.

Stop and think for a moment.    Do you think that answers to a survey would be so valuable that a company could afford to offer a free cruise to everyone that took the survey?   It's absurd on its face.
