I entered into a contract with this company with the understanding that they would be working on my behalf to resolve my credit issues.  Everything was going well.  The salesman assured me that their 'TEAM' of layers would handle everything.

I agreed to make monthly payments, understanding that a portion was going to their fee and the rest was going to an account to payoff my debt.  They proceeded to debit my account 3 equal payments of over $300.00...i WAS STILL GETTING PHONE CALLS FROM CREDITORS .. I called and called and told them that they were supposed to stop the calls.  It was after my 3rd call that I was told I could get some sort of contraption to forward calls to them but after a month, I would have to pay an additional $25/month.

I figured after three months, there was more than enough money to negotiate with one creditor.  They did not call or attempt to make an offer.  I called them to see WTF was going on.  They had no respnse and said they would get back to me.   I called an attorney friend who warned me to get the hell out of their.

It appears this company"front loads" your payments...meaning that the first 3-6 months basically 60-75% OF YOUR PAYMENTS GO TO THE COMPANY and the remainder goed to your account.

Needless to say I cancelled them.

Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from them!!!  I called my creditors on my own and worked out a mutually agreeable plan ON MY OWN.  This cmpant is horrible.
