These bottom feeders troll public information and find out you were awarded a judgment then they send you a letter to solicit you to sign up for their "service" of collecting from your debtor.
They charge a $150 filing fee and 20% of said judgment to collect it. If you agree and pay the $150, after that they never answer their answering machine...that's all it is, the outgoing message states it's their corporate office. What a joke!
The check is cashed by DGM Financial in Miami.
Wayne Hamilton and Peter Jacobs are probably aliases.
I filed a complaint with Bill McCollum Florida Attorney General and now that I have read the rest of the reports I will contact the FBI.

Criminal charges to be filed against DGM Financial Group

Miami regional office of the Florida Office of Financial Regulation has started an investigation on DGM Financial Group, and is looking for victims whether they be Debtors or Creditor so that the state can file criminal charges against Wayne R Hamilton, DGM Financial Group and Wayham Associates, Inc.
