I paid for priority mail service on Jan. 7 2023. Package to travel from O'FALLON, IL to Minneapolis, MN.  No delivery at this time. Expected delivery date was Jan 9 2023. According to the USPS tracking number the pkg arrived at

As of today: Moving Through Network In Transit, Arriving Late January 12, 2023.

I have a Local PostOfgice claim entered only to be robo called back and to please be patient for 72 hours. 

I asked the USPS representative on the phone for my money back I got no answer. I asked to send my pkg back to me, that i would get it there another watmy. I was told there is an investigation going on to locate my package. I asked again for my payment back since I was promised a service, that I paid for in good faith, but as of yet the service I paid for has yet to received.
