 After purchasing a United State pellet Stove Dec 14, 2014, we experienced multiple repair problems.  Several expensive parts were ordered and covered under warranty.  There came a point where my spouse and I realized that the stove was a lemon and after the warranty expired we would be spending around $100.00 per month out of pocket to repair.  

We contacted U.S.S.C and requested paperwork to apply for a replacement stove.  Paperwork was filled out by us and pictures of installation were taken and reviewed by U.S.S.C.  We were granted the choice of two "replacement" stoves.  

After careful review of both stoves we made our choice.  We were told by U.S.S.C that the original stove, still in our posession, had to be picked up via third party freight before the "replacement stove could be ordered and shipped.  

Email confirmation was sent to us on Oct. 23, 2014 that the stove had been picked up.  Order number for new stove was given and we were told that it would be 5 to 7 business days To receive the order.  It has now been 15 business days and no stove.

After several calls were placed and we were simply told the stove had not shipped and emails were sent to U.S.S.C and no one responded,  I called the head of the claims department and left a message. I received a phone call shortly after from the girl that sent the original email about the new order (I had sent her multiple emails) verifying what we already knew, that the stove hadn't shipped. She finally explained that the stove was on back order and there was nothing they could do.  She had absolutely no time frame as to when the stove would be available.  It's 28°.

To make matters worse, the stove isn't yet completely paid for because we used our credit card.  We are making payments on a stove we don't have and don't know when we will receive.
