Shame on you United Telephone for not requireing a credit card to pay for this service, and shame on you AT&T for billing customers for a service that currently is so easy to become a member by fraudulant means. How many customers are there who just pay the bill without reading what the charges are? I didn't catch this until the second month. Customer Service told me that I was obligated to pay this charge for a membership that I've never used because I have no idea what my user name and password are and I don't even own an MP3!!

File a form 2000B with the FCC which is a billing, privacy, or service quality complaint form. What this company does is wrong and I'm sure they know that their profit margin increases more the way they have this set up now because the ends justify the means.
