United Trust And Finance Inc. got a check for 5880.00 dollars and a letter saying to claim a 250,000.00 dollars prize Morriston Ontario Canada

my mother in law received a letter with a check in the amount of 5880.00 dollars. the letter said that it was part of the winning amount of 250,000.00 dollars and that she needed only to pay the taxes in the amount of 3885.00 dollars.

what made it seem suspicious was that it read:"we urge you to keep this winning confidential until your claim has been processsed". it also said to call a tom mark within 10 days as soon as possible. the so call president is a morris lexington.

she asked me to find out if it was true and i decided to look it up on the internet instead of calling and surprisingly enough found your website with a report on this company. i thank you very very much for helping me. i just wish that somebody would please stop this people from doing this. thanks a lot.
